I recently found some mold growing on the inside of my attic above the bathroom fans. Based on the reviews, I called Northeast Property Restoration. The entire process was great, from when Chris D. came out to do the initial estimate to setting up the appointment and the actual mitigation. Chris was extremely nice and informative of the process. Also, he happened to perform the mitigation with another Chris. They were on time, thorough and respectful. When I found the mold in the attic, I was in a full panic, but with Northeast they made the entire process painless. I would definitely go back to them in the future if needed. Thanks!

We have a West Side Victorian house built in 1902 with a gas forced hot air furnace that was converted from coal many decades ago. I was referred to Northeast by a family member after smelling a dead mouse in the vents. Steve and his crew did an excellent job cleaning the vents and returns of all debris, including old coal dust. He explained the whole process and the his team was very respectful of our old home as the work was done. I was very pleased with the job done and grateful for the cleaner air!

We are very pleased with the work that Northeast Property Restoration has done for us. Several years ago they took care of a mold problem caused by a leaky roof. We had a pipe burst in our bathroom in the middle of the night and called Servpro’s 24 hour line first. When they didn’t call us back at the time they said they would we called North East and I had a call from one of the owners, Dane, within 30 minutes. They got here later that day to start drying things out. The crew (especially Joe and Steve) have been nothing short of amazing, they’ve been keeping things as clean and tidy as possible and have been making sure that we don’t have any mold anywhere. They don’t cut corners, they’re professional, super knowledgeable and keep you informed every step of the way. I have to really praise Steve who has been making sure everything is cleaned up at the end of each day, ensuring the environment is safe for our kids when they leave. To top it off, we have Servpro coming in for the rebuild and they even commented on what a good job these guys are doing. 100% recommend!

I used Northeast Property Restoration to remediate mold in two bathrooms. The structures / surfaces they treated came up like new. The entire team were extremely responsive, professional and trustworthy throughout. Having let the team in to complete the remediation, I returned home to find the rooms that they had been working in completely spotless. I would go as far as to say that the remediation team were among some of the tidiest workers that I have ever seen. Great crew, great job. I would highly recommend!!!

I found every interaction with Northeast Property Restoration to be friendly, professional, efficient, and thorough. I called with a discovery of mold in a difficult-to-access part of my house, and they found a way to ensure that everything was cleaned up. The day of the work, we had a big winter storm in the forecast, and they brought an extra guy to ensure the job could still get done in time to beat the storm. They took the time to show me their work afterwards and talk through some prevention questions I had, and were very easy to work with throughout the process. I would certainly work with them again (though I hope I don't have to!).

I would highly recommend this company. They were very reasonably priced and they did a very thorough job gutting and mold remediation on a two story structure that had major water damage and mold growth. They were very easy to get a hold of and communicated very professionally. And they provided pictures for my insurance company. Excellent company to work with.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Dane came right away and explained I needed rain gutters installed to direct water away from my house before they'd start the mold remediation. He even suggested I have my dehumidifier connected to my washing machine drain to avoid having to empty the tank 4 times a day. (What a relief that has been!)

The gutters kept the water out after many downpours. I expected to wait a month or more to have the mold remediation done, but was able to schedule it in one week.

Steve, Chris, and Richie actually arrived early for 3 days and explained the process every step of the way. They patiently answered all of my questions-even commisserating with me about an issue I was having with my plumber!

They were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond the job to help me and I couldn't have asked for more conscientious or kinder people to work in my home. I truly appreciate them. Thank you for a job well done!

Dane was very professional when he came to do the estimate and he was also extremely knowledgeable and polite. His description of their process and their pricing convinced me to hire them after having an estimate done by another company.
When Steve and Chris came to do the work, they were very polite, kind and hardworking. They worked very fast and did a great job. They were precisely on time both days. They also allowed me to put stuff in the dumpster they brought, saving me over $400! I am very grateful to them for that as well as the quality work they performed.
I will highly recommend this company to anyone I know who needs this kind of work done. A+++!!

Northeast Property Restoration were extremely helpful and professional, providing assistance with water damage, mold remediation and a whole house clean out and deep cleaning. Some companies I got quotes from were just focused on discarding items, but Northeast Property Restoration took care to recycle and donate items that could be put to use and kept out of the landfill. The front office staff and owners were great to deal with, and the crew doing the work were professional and hardworking. Northeastern Restoration made me look good. I contacted them about my in-laws finished but musty basement. They did a careful inspection, came up with an action plan, and took care of everything. My wife called these guy's at 6am when we found our bathroom sink gushing water. They came out immediately and found the water had been flowing and flooded our finished basement as well!! I had them in to remove a small section of moldy drywall and to clean our duct work out. The spot where they removed the drywall is completely clean and ready for remodeling. Watching them clean out the ducts was amazing and disgusting at the same time with how much filth they removed. They worked quickly and left the areas they worked in spotless. Every interaction with them left me impressed with them being friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

Northeast Property Restoration is an amazing company. They have done incredible work in several instances for us from thoroughly cleaning out an entire house that had one owner for 55+ years to extensive moving/storage. When cleaning out the house, one of the crew found a considerable amount of cash and they returned it to us! Honesty is baked into their cake! For each project-- Dane and Dustin Phillips have been "CAN DO" professionals to an impressive extent. They have recruited efficient and effective crews to get the various jobs done. Their versatility is incredible. They are the kind of people that you WANT to do business with when you need any one of their services. Steve spent last Friday in my home cleaning out mold in my family room wall, drying it out, then replacing the drywall. He built a temporary enclosure around the area to prevent mold spores from traveling and dust from getting all over. He worked efficiently and neatly. His work was outstanding and efficient. Steve answered all my questions, showed me pictures of the mold, sealed the outside of the window and thoroughly cleaned the area when he finished. Finally posting a review of some work done earlier this summer- these guys deserve every bit of 5 stars! Showed up on time for a duct cleaning, guys were friendly and personable, and very accommodating of our super-curious 6 year old who followed them from room to room. Superior service! Northeast Property Restoration performed mold remediation in the basement of my new home. They were quick to come in and provide a quote; I also spoke to Dane a couple of times on the phone, and he answered all my questions and gave great advice. Though Northeast’s quote was a little higher than the other contractors that came in to quote on the work, I was comfortable going with them, because I felt like they knew what they were talking about, and I wanted the best service for my home.

Steve and Chris worked on my house on the first day, they arrived on time and were very courteous; Steve continued the work alone for the rest of the service period. Steve was very friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and would call me and send pictures to keep me updated. He removed the wall and flooring with the mold, repaired the wall, and did a great job with painting to make everything look new again. He also went above and beyond to help me complete a quick fix to the window damage that was causing the moisture/water in my basement because the contractor who was coming to fix the window couldn’t make it in until a few days later. Steve completed the work a day before what was scheduled, which was great!

I will be recommending Northeast to my friends or anyone who needs their service. Thank you so much for a stress-free experience and for outstanding service!

Dustin and Dane are great, they come in and do what they say they are going to do. When we need testing or mold remediation they are our first call.
